Don't really know how to word this
How do I find out how long I have of my contract to run ??
Phone them up ..... would be the easiest.
Have seen some new packages advertised, faster downloads plus a tivo box ( keeping my virgin + box ..... would i need it)
All for £60 , well less as there is an introductory bonus .
£45 plus line rental , but for 6 months £25 plus line
Paying about that for only one box ( XL package)
seems a win win.
Thoughts please

You can upgrade your package at any time, but if the offers you have seen are for new customers then you are not entitled to them at all.How do I find out how long I have of my contract to run ??
After a year of subscribing the minimum term of your contract ends, but the contract itself does not end!
Your contract continues until you cancel all services by giving one months notice.
In order to be treated as a new customer you'd have to cancel completely for at least six months (twelve months if with Sky).0 -
a lot of the VM contracts are now 18 months minimum term and have been for a while.0

Regardless, the contracts don't end -they continue on a rolling basis with one month's notice of cancellation required. If the OP thinks he can take advantage of "new customer" deals because his minimum term is over then he is mistaken.a lot of the VM contracts are now 18 months minimum term and have been for a while.0
