Help with complaint to Eon
I have an unresolved issue with Eon after some misleading advice given by the resolutions team. Does anyone know a really good representative I can contact? Or where I can go to above this team to complain and resolve?
My issue is about the misleading advice and very poor customer service.
I am getting no help and am being left on hold for 45 mins plus when time I call (surprise, surprise).
I know about the Ombudsman but would like to resolve more quickly if possible.

Eon have a couple of really helpful reps on here, not sure if they are around on a Sunday, but I'm sure they will spot this tomorrow and pop along to help you.0

I'm afraid there are no short-cuts
The 'system' requires that you first go thro' the suppliers Complaints procedure,
this is best done with a letter headed Complaint to the the address on your bills.
Once this letter is sent the supplier has 56 Days, (8 weeks) to resolve the problem before you can approach the Ombudsman0 -
If you can provide some further info, we maybe able to advice if you have a case or not.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

I'm sorry you have a complaint with us AnEclaire, I'd like to be able to help as much as possible. Can you give a bit more detail and also let me know what stage your complaint is at with us?
dogshome has said it how it is really, we have to follow the correct complaints procedure.
If you're not happy with what the resolution team has said to you, you need to take the complaint to the next step, or as dogshome has said you can approach the Ombudsman after 8 weeks.
