For two weeks now, I've not been able to log into my orange account, it's just says 'Sorry, we're having some technical issues - please try again. If there are still problems, please try our help & support.', I've tried looking through their help and support but no joy.

Just wondered if anyone else is having or had any issues logging in before i call them on Monday to see what's going on.

Thanks! :)

IIRC, this is an ongoing problem for some accounts, it has been going on for years and they do nothing about this.

Have you ported your old number to Orange? If so, what number are you using when logging in?

Do what I did a year ago (problem won't disappear). Call and demand free paper billing, then make a formal complaint to everythingeverywhere.co.uk demanding free paper bills; they will completely ignore it, so after 8 weeks complain to CISAS and demand the same plus £50 compensation. Miraculously, they will then immediately respond, concede and pay.

What page are you using to log in? The page via the EE website seems to work reliably for me.

Thanks guys, Still can't log in! - Didn't port any number, all it says is "SORRY
Sorry, we're having some technical issues - please try again. If there are still problems, please try our help & support." !!!

Before I could log in OK, I had two lines with them, and 2 months ago cancelled the first line I took out, and my second line was added onto my online account so maybe I'll need to re-register!
