Sky Box Office - help!

Can anyone help as I'm not sure if I've done this right. As far as I'm aware I've ordered the Froch vs Groves fight on Sky Box Office tonight but it doesn't seem to appear anywhere on my account other than on my Planner - is that right?
I basically went onto the Box Office tab on the TV > Sport and pressed Select on the fight.
Tried to get onto Sky's Live Chat but they don't have anyone available and it's an extra £5 to order it over the phone. I'm also worried I end up being charged multiple times if I go in and order it again
