Yes it's the old template from last year, he probably had a stock of them he wants to get rid of. Of course all complaints will be ignored about this. Honestly Trev must have dvla and bpa higher ups in compromising positions, they do sod all about him.

I keep on thinking that the dvla and bpa staff have been caught out together in the Brecon Beacons cross dressing and chasing sheep or something, because no matter what the joke of ANPR Ltd does they get no sanction points, and no bans from dvla access.
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

I have yet to see any letter coming out of the ANPR "office" which, when compared with letters actually signed by Trevor, don't have that same identifiable tone littered with ill-used words taken straight from a pocket thesaurus. I say pocket thesaurus (who knows, may be its actually a picture thesaurus) because the author only ever seems able to come up with a single alternative.

Whether N. Martin exists as a person is almost irrelevant because he or she doesn't, it seems, physically write anything and serves only to act as a signatory to letters that Our Trev appears to have penned/crayoned.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

The problem is that nobody seems to complain. Whilst people are generally advised to complain a FOI to the DVLA revealed only 3 complaints against Trev.

It seems people don't like complaining.

Do you think the name is misspelt and it should be "N Martian"?

I think it's more that DVLA don't log complaints I complained about a multitude of breaches by ANPR Ltd to the BPA who ignored me I then complained to DVLA quoting the fact the BPA were taking no action and the response from DVLA was that it wasn't there problem it was the BPAs. When I finally got a response from the BPA they lied. They only acknowledged my complaint concerning Trevs issuing of POPLA codes that were out of date and tried to convince me the clock only started after I had received the extra trash from Trevor whereas I knew the code was dated from his first reply which called it a verification code for replying to him. Complaining is a complete waste of time as they don't even log the amount of complaints.

Maybe complaints to the DVLA should not be on the basis of breach of BPA CoP, which is easily dismissed. Instead, approach it as a breach of the PPC's KADOE contract with the DVLA (which is a result of breach of BPA Ltd CoP). That makes it something relating to the direct relationship between PPC and DVLA - they can't get the BPA to investigate a breach of contract they were not party to (hmm, now where have I seen that before - a third party being responsible for someone else's contract).

    a) Never hold your breath that any parking company will be issued sanction points....... if they were according the the "criteria" stated on the BPA website and they were religiously applied -then there would be no PPCs left !!

    b) Trev's delusional mind never ceases to amaze - although his comments and statements are so far from reality they are actually humourous...
like is ANPR box for catching terrorists.
his claims for measuring toddler heights....
    his mathematical algorithms

his website used to have a fantastic excuse why you couldn't send emails.... too bad I didn't copy it.

IPC1963 are you the same as on Pepipoo?? :)

The DVLA are refusing to deal with the problems as they are seriously cashing in on all the RK detail requests.

Whilst they claim that breach of the BPA (or IPC) COP does not prevent RK details to be divulged, they are all inter related:

PPCs must sign the KADOE contract which contains clauses of adhering to COPs.

To obtain RK details PPCs for parking charges must belong to a ATA member body (BPA or IPC).

To sign up they sign a declaration that they will adhere to COPs.

When they make a request to the DVLA - they confirm that they are a member and adhere to the code.....

Furthermore it is a requirement to follow the COP on landowner Contracts purportedly in place with PPCs

Apart from the flurry of bans at the end of 2012 and beginning of 2013, how many have been banned since?

That's the letter they always used to send and I thought complaints had stopped them being allowed to delay and use that template.
They were told to offer a POPLA code not use that misleading letter. Wasn't it that letter that lead to Trev's ridiculous blurb he wrote about how difficult life was (I am paraphrasing!).

Found the hilarious blog I was thinking of and it was a reply to the Parking Prankster:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4784039

    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.co.uk/2013/10/anpr-right-of-reply-rejection-letter.html

That's alright then Trev, it's a 'think twice' letter is it? Love the way he always manages to mention the clamp he invented, back in the dark ages!

''There is no evil, money grabbing, intent behind our motives and I'm sorry that you think that about me or my staff. I am surprised and offended I held you in higher esteem. It is true that I care more about the proprietors than the motorist but thats because the British public think that its wrong not to try to get off a parking ticket, that's its fair to over exaggerate and lie.

I am (unfortunately) old enough to remember what it was like 25 years ago before I invented my clamp ...''
    yada yada yada... :p
