It would have to be pretty persistent to still be around 15 months later. It's more likely to be an issue with the work that they did at the weekend, although I have to say that I logged on with memorable data on Firefox this morning with no problems.0 -
I logged on with Card reader (Used Safari Macbook) with no problems0

I've logged in successfully using Chrome and the card reader so whatever problems you had earlier should hopefully be fixed.0 -
