Yet another flawed ANPR system.
Sainsbury's must be made aware of this as it is a scam against their customers.
You need receipts from Sainsbury's albiet credit card or bank statements. Just keep using the word scam. Tell them point blank that they will lose your custom and you will warn as many people as you can about the scam and contact the local newspaper.
DEMAND THEY GET THE TICKET CANCELLED.
This is best done direct to the H.O

Sainsburys will cancel this. The only thing I'd say is to query whether Sainsburys HO will have sufficient local knowledge to know about the non-camera exit route.
Try your local manager first, then escalate to HO if necessary.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
