Won't use the nail polish or the lipstick but quite happy with what I can use for the money I paid

I also got Carnelian Box, contents exactly the same as previous poster. I think box is very good value for the money paid and it arrived in less than a week. : )

I have always gone with the flow on their delivery times, but today remembered a box that felt a bit overdue (they have recently been prompt) so I emailed to ask.

I had a friendly helpful response within hours, on a Sunday. You really can't ask for better customer service.

Hi,
I had a reply about the Pecksniffs box (I also had every scent under the sun except the one advertised).
They asked me to post it back to them (at my expense!) and that they had had an issue with supply. I am keeping it, would be a pretty heavy parcel to post.
