  • Hi,I'm new to this forum, but it seems like all the posts point to the fact that all boxed up is not a very good company.
I bought the pecksniffs set on October 7 th and still haven't received it. I have e mailed a few times but to no avail.i had an email from Hermes over a week ago saying it was on its way. I got in touch with them and they said it was damaged in transit and been returned to sender. No one let me know about this!
I have tried the phone numbers, which are useless and no one is answering the e mails
I cannot afford to lose £27.99.and don't know what else to do

  • I may have been fortunate in that I've never had any real problems with them. The boxes do sometimes take a long time to arrive but they have always answered my emails about them. In fact the only complaint I had was that the inner box one of the candles was in broke in transit (the candle was too heavy for it) and they sent me a replacement empty candle box. That was a Pecksniffs candle I think from memory.
I ordered the Pecksniffs fig set at the start of this month and it said then that delivery would be about 56 days.

I've looked at their emails and there isn't a telephone number on any of them I can give you, just an email address.
  • My Pecksmiths set arrived last week.

I have their original email and it says delivery within 28 days. Think mine was about 35 days but it arrived safe and sound.

I saw this offer via MyMail and ordered as a present.
The response to the present was so good that I thought I should share:
It is over £112 worth of Bellapierre make up products and includes

    Lipstick
    Gel Eyeliner (Black)
    Blusher
    Cheek and Lip Stain
    Shimmer Powder
    Highlighter

all packaged up in a Bellapierre Beauty Bag.

    You can order via
    allboxedup.co/mymail

I had that offer, and it's all excellent quality. The eyeliner is one of the nicest I've ever used.

I also received my order promptly, and was kept informed of the delivery status. :)
New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!
  • Very happily in receipt of the Bellapierre Bag. Agree with Missli the Gel eyeliner is lovely. So easy to apply and lasts.

I am aiming to order a couple more as gifts for Christmas.

I've just received my "Prancer" set and I'm really pleased with it - that's a couple of christmas presents sorted.

I must admit - I think this is the quickest Allboxed up have delivered a parcel I've ordered. I only ordered it last week....
