    They always tell you that it would take up to 28th days though.

    IME they do take a long time to arrive, I'd say expect a month on average, obviously some people will be lucky but in my experience of ordering I've not waited any less than a month. Things do arrive they just take their time to.

    Generally it's considered sharp practice for them to charge your card if they can't deliver. For example in the case of the "time bomb" set they admitted they didn't even have it manufactured. Not illegal and I still buy from them but it's not considered good practice.

    I've been waiting ages for the Time Bomb collection and received an email saying it will be late September or would I like a lovely Organic Surge set worth over £100, with all 5 star reviews on the OS website. I love Organic Surge so am really pleased to change :)

    I ordered two time bombs.
    I love the cleanser.
    I was tempted to change one of them fit the organic surge.
