What is an MIR team?
How can you show evidence of that? Assume you took a video?
Get a job and sign off - that will show them...
MIR team is Mandatory Intervention Regime
The only evidence you can provide is written evidence of what you have been doing. Its more a diary than evidence tbh, of what you have been doing. But the DWP class this diary as work search ect evidence.

A) You can appeal any sanction, so if you do get one, and feel it's unjust, then I would appeal it.
If you feel you are bring unfairly treated by any member of the JCP, you can make a formal complaint.
C) You can formally request, via the Job a Centre Manager, by sending a proper letter, sent by post for a change of advisor.

Thank you very much Lin I will have a very good read of all that, I am 100% going to put a complaint in tbh as I got the impression I was going to get sanctioned by this guy no matter what tbh as he was uninterested in anything I had to say and explain. JSA have sanction targets they have to meet each month and with it being the end of the month would not surprise me if the guy was short on his target. I am going to submit a freedom of information request to the office in relation to these targets as well.0 -

The point being some Jobs do pay just what they want, It was a trainee sales assistant and I have over 10 years experience as a retail manager, Obviously with my experience I would ask for pay rises, any employer would know this would happen. .
No, you're still not making any sense. If you are working as a trainee sales assistant, you'd expect to be paid as a trainee sales assistant. If you are good then you'll expect to work your way up the company more rapidly than a less experienced person, and pay rises come that way.
If you are as good as you seem to believe, then employers will jump at the chance to get you in on a trainee's wage. Someone being good, and able to progress, is not a negative in most employers' eyes.0
