Praise for Barclays and NPower

Not often I can say that in the same sentence ... but thumbs up to both Barclays and NPower today - we had a problem (which I admit I might have made worse), where they took their DD this morning but I forgot it was on DD and paid them by BACS yesterday ..Both were very quick on how to resolve and the money is back in my account already:T
