£1 roadkill - someone had dumped their trolley on the wrong side of the trolley park, so DH pulled it round with ours to return it. Then he noticed it still had it's pound in! Nice to be paid for doing the right thing :D.

Was paid 2 lots of mileage claims today £138.60 -- I know people ask if this counts, sure does as far as I'm concerned at 45p a mile :)

Also got £20.48 from TCB -- had been a long time coming.

£22 added from mystery shops, have a few booked and did one yesterday and today, will add when paid, next month now I think.

Had a press release sent to me with a penny taped to it! This cunning stunt didn't work though as I still didn't write about its contents. It was irrelevant to what I write about!

Saved £1 on some shower gel as was given some in connection with a job I've done this week -- random I know. Not counting this but was pleased with that.

Been putting the early groundwork in on a moneysaving blog, thank you emmaglet for the inspiration.
  • Another £1.50 from recycling ink cartridges.

    May 2014 - 114kg Current - 103.5kg!

Having a real slooooooooow start to the month. Adding £1 QMEE and £3.30 I found in my other paypal account that I don't use.

Think I am expecting £100 to just leap into my account while I am sat watching telly (as if!). So, have been a bit more productive on my day off work today. Picked up 2 items from my local charity shop to have a go at the double your money challenge. They are listed on ebay together with a couple of other items. Got about £60 worth listed. No idea if things will sell but we shall see.

Need to get my act together and do a car boot sale but I have really lost my mojo. I need a boot up the derrier at the minute!! Keep plodding everyone.

Hi jess personally I don't add anything til it hits the bank/I have the cash in my hand. I find it less confusing that way. But it depends what's easier for you. As long as you remember which way you are doing it ;)
I add my earnings/findings/winnings as I go along. Have done this from beginning so I know where I stand.

Are savings from coupons allowed.£1.24 off petrol.
It's fine to add savings from coupons. I add some but as I am on the Grocery Challenge any money savings on food/household count on there. Unfortunately I don't feel you can count the same monies twice :rotfl:

Made £6.50 on surveys last couple of days and £22.30 from a MS. I have another MS tomorrow and one Friday :T

I can not seem to find anywhere to recycle mine! Where are you doing yours? Are they small regular printer ink cartridges??
