If you want clear tpu (the rubbery gel type case) be warned they generally yellow over time.

Tesco do a copy of the official apple 5c case - the one with the holes - for about a fiver.

I've tried a few of the cheap tpu cases for my 5 from amazon and they were usually rubbish, material too thick and poor cutouts for the controls.

If you want to spend more then there's loads of brand name cases. Spigen, case mate, etc. I've spent more on a few cheap cases I throw out than I have done on nice cases. Google best iphone cases and there's a few websites that have done quite extensive reviews, from tpu type to stuff like the case mate tough.

You don't mention a budget, why not just buy the official case? Good quality and likely to protect your phone far better than most cheap cases on the internet or the local market stall.

I've bought two from Ebay that were in the O2 shop for £12/£17 for less than 1/2 the price on Ebay.

Odd are very good the ones from eBay were fakes (if you were buying something with a name on it).

Plenty cheap Chinese stuff for under £2 if that's what you are after...

It's Gear4 case. Packaging looked identical to the ones in the shop. Seller had good feedback and I had previously bought an Ipad case from them and that's been fine.
