I received a cheque today for £327 from CPP saying that they agreed I had been missold on my barclaycard
However, I have been dealing with the FOS in the last year who have said that I wasn't mis-sold. I appealed 5 months ago but haven't heard any back from them. Can I now re-appeal sending the letter from CPP saying that they agree I have been mis-sold? Any advise would be appreciated.

What complaint have you got with the FOS, is it PPI or CPP?Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

If you have had refund why are you still pursuing it?0

your post makes no sense you are talking about CPP but now you say PPI which is a different product. can you clarify what you want to know?0

CPP is a totally different product to PPI, and success with that complaint doesn't make any difference to your PPI complaint.
The FOS are not going to see any relevance that your successful CPP complaint has with the PPI complaint.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
No, CPP have agreed that your card protection insurance was a mis-sold. They have refunded this to you and that complaint is now concluded.charlotte1970 wrote: »I received a cheque today for £327 from CPP saying that they agreed I had been missold on my barclaycard
FOS have adjudicated on your PPI which is a totally separate complaint.charlotte1970 wrote: »However, I have been dealing with the FOS in the last year who have said that I wasn't mis-sold.
An appeal can take up to a year.charlotte1970 wrote: »I appealed 5 months ago but haven't heard any back from them.charlotte1970 wrote: »Can I now re-appeal sending the letter from CPP saying that they agree I have been mis-sold?
No, you cannot "re-appeal" because CPP have only agreed that your card protection was mis-sold, not your PPI which is nothing to do with CPP.
You have made two separate mis-selling complaints about two separate insurance policies. The result of one complaint has no bearing on the result of the other.0 -

Thank you, I think I was getting myself confused. Blonde moment. Thanks again
