Since the end of May was less than eight weeks ago, it's unlikely Lloyds have upheld or rejected kiasoul28's complaint yet.
The CCL you received is an invitation to complain if you feel you have been mis-sold. It is sent primarily to initiate a time-bar on any further complaints you might make in future, it is not an admission of liability.
Regardless, good luck with your complaint.:)0 -
thanks, never noticed the date of the post, hope they are successful, I realise the CCL is only an invitation to complain but nothing ventured nothing gained, i successfully reclaimed from LLOYDS last year when i asked them to look into one loan, i must admit they were very helpful and said they would look back on my account to check other loans, they went back to the eighties and paid out on all my loans, they also contacted me to ask if i wanted my credit card ppi investigated, they did this and again paid out, when i spoke to Lloyds regarding this CCL letter, the lady i spoke to looked at my history and said she couldn't understand why this one hadn't been looked at, to be honest i wasn't going to investigate as when i got the letter i just thought it was a standard one they were sending to all customers, will keep you posted of any developments good luck allMoneyineptitude wrote: »Poster concerned last logged onto the site at the end of May and has only ever made one post.
