The docs are not "pre ticked"
A sales process will have been gone through during which time the customer advises the salesperson if they wish to have PPI. This normally happens at order stage.
The GMAC docs are then printed by the dealership, based on the requirements of the customer. They would normally be be signed at delivery or just before delivery, but never at order stage. Therefore although they contain a printed tick, they are not pre ticked, they are tailored.
Dont bother with GMAC or Vauxhall. Sewards were an independent franchise, they had the sole responsibility.0 -
