Lyca Mobile text problems

My wife is on the the Lyca UK 12 tariff, she is using a Samsung galaxy S4 which was purchased sim free.
When sending text messages to my Galaxy S5 on Three, I don't receive all the text.
As a test I sent 4 messages from her phone, I received 2, her phone produced only 2 delivery reports.
This fault was happening previously from her S3 to my then S4.
I have tried soft reset, adding contacts again on both phones, no spam settings active, network search on Lyca, checked APN.
The number was ported in from GiffGaff 5 weeks ago (no probs with them).
As far as I know this is specific to my number, went in Three shop but they are saying its Lycas end.
A weird problem, receiving some but not all, any help appreciated.

Couple of random things I can think of:
1. Can you try the sim in another phone?
2. Might be something to do with the messaging center number on the phone0 -
Hi, thanks for your reply.
Sim went into S4 yesterday, previously in S3. Same problem on both phones, two different firmware programes.
Some texts are coming through, but not all, the test i carried out i received 2 of 4.
This i would assume means the text box number is correct?0
