Have never had any problems and have been ordering from them for about 4 years. They also have a pick up point in London, but it really is (or was) a pick up point, only the stuff for collection that day is there...kind of like Argos, but less stuff....

Great recommendations from here....as a long time happy customer....I don't generally post in places where people are complaining.....so another one for the stats on good/bad service from a forum aren't always useful!!

The plugs can, but don't always come as a french plug, but they were giving away the english ones with all items at Christmad. The instuction manuals come in french, or you can contact the manufacturer for an English copy, or like all good things these days are usually on the web as well if you really want them!
