Stickies have the rules changed again?

Just looking for a bit of clarification really and I know I should probably just search the forum but some of you are so much better at doing that than me.

Anyway I thought there was only one sticky allowed per board and that is why all the comping ones have been grouped together. Why does CCC now have three stickies? :eek:

If we are allowed more than one sticky could the comping guide be back as it's own sticky as I'm sure it would cut down on the newbies asking the same questions. Maybe heading it "read this first.":cool:

    The two extra ones from MSEAndrea are recent- one end of March and one today, both seem there to resolve ongoing issues- which may explain it.

    They both also just reiterate forum rules; an obvious comping guide sticky would stop a lot of people posting threads with the same questions over and over.
