If the valuation has been done then I'm guessing it's went through did u have to pay for the valuation? I basically called the mortgage advisor loads to get updates, we are in scotland where most homes have home reports so we didn't have to get a valuation done0

yep had to pay for a valuation, money was taken out the saturday valuation done on the wednesday report with us the following monday ( a week ago today ) so now just nervously waiting for whats next :eek:0
