Amnblog I just did abit of googling and it says a b pass they will only lend up 2 85%? So surly ppl do get a passes with lower deposits as there is 95% mortgages? But then I'm thinking surly the mortgage adviser wouldn't put it forward if she new we would fail at a b pass with only 10% deposit? I need to stop lookin into things as I'm confusing myself even more lol thank you for all ur replys

You are confusing yourself. There is nothing wrong with your pass - it's a PASS.

Thanks Sam, we applied with Halifax, and are currently awaiting a mortgage offer, we had AIP, found a house and the valuation got done on the 22nd of May, and well we have not heard anything else as yet ? we have an appointment with the MA at halifax on the 21st of June and each time i push him for an offer or any update he just says he will sort everything else on the 21st, also asked for next payslip when we come in on the 21st ?
