Amnblog I just did abit of googling and it says a b pass they will only lend up 2 85%? So surly ppl do get a passes with lower deposits as there is 95% mortgages? But then I'm thinking surly the mortgage adviser wouldn't put it forward if she new we would fail at a b pass with only 10% deposit? I need to stop lookin into things as I'm confusing myself even more lol thank you for all ur replys0
