We have problems with picture pixellation too not that much of a problem, mainly with catch up TV , never called it in as a fault up to date.
Usually if I go online with Virgin I check out the problems on local reception, they do seem to have one or two problems.There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! May go silent for unfriendly repliesPlease excuse me Spell it MOST times
