New basic smartfone reqd

My 3 yr HtC took a dunking over the w/e and need a new phone. I buy giff gaff goody bags which is good enough for me and access most of internet from pc at home anyway.
What reliable but basic new phone/gadget that uses my giffgaff sim should i be looking for? Budget £150 max thx

apart from ebay i can't find the alcatel unlocked anywhere. There is one on argos but this is locked to EE- whoever they are! So it looks like the moto 8gb from Amazon!

EE are Orange and T Mobile combined.
