    also dont forget there is the IPC that uses the IAS as an assessor point too

    Yep you got it, and we know how London council runs, one of their top men accused NoToMob members of assaulting parking wardens in an award ceremony earlier this year. He has yet to apologise to them, though his boss effectively have.

    They are in each other's pockets though, for me there is no difference between them all, they protect each other
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
