Complaint letters normally just explain the facts of the complaint from the customer's point of view, as illustrated by numerous posts in this thread alone. Take any post about people who are owed money by npower and then just explain how they could ensure they get their money back.
Its ok, not to worry, seems these people are hell bent on complaining rather than do something about it. Get your money back all of it has been posted a couple of times by myself and not one member is interested. Ah well like I said previously, pay your bills to npower and stop jangling about your loss.0 -

My suspicion about all the secrecy is that you are trying to sell advice rather than give it. Little wonder you have no takers.
You could try another forum but I think you're barking up the wrong tree with MSE; there's too much sound opinion and advice available on these forums for people to be taken in.Warning: In the kingdom of the blind, the one-eyed man is king.

So where is your sound advice here with npower??0 -
Unlike yourself, I am not claiming I can get everyone's money back.

I can. So where this sound advice consumer??
What good are you in this post then except trolling0 -
I left NPower in November 2012 and this week received an outstanding bill of £759 - 18 months after leaving them. During this time I was accused of changing meters During this time I constantly complained with no success. they are now saying they sent a final bill out - which I did not receive (I'm fairly sure I'd have noticed a massive bill like this one) and that the bill has to be paid.
I notice they are the only big 6 company not a signature on the back billing scheme.0 -

were you investigated for submetering?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0 -

Ask them to send you the evidence on you changing the meter and also of the bill they say was sent out date & time sent out etc. Record your calls always.0 -
Nada666 - you obviously have not been in this situation and I was annoyed at your comments. NPower have £600 of our money earning interest in THEIR bank account and it should be in ours!!
Where have I said anything other than npower should return balances by return of post? (Or, more exactly, immediately they have the reading from the new supplier which should be the two days the fuels switch.)0
