    You started this thread to tell us you didn't want a job standing on your feet all day. A few hours later you are telling us you're excited because you've got a job ... standing on your feet all day! :T

    Some local authorities do still keep registers of disabled people.

    Well done on getting a job and I hope it goes well for you. I would also respectfully suggest that you try to improve your writing as little if you wish to move into admin roles as, if the first post here is how you would normally express yourself, your sentence structure could do with some work. I do not mean that as a dig, it is genuine advice.
