Hi My son has received a PE letter through the post. I've formulated a response from the "sticky" but noticed the sticky doesn't actually request a POPLA code (Unless I've missed it).
Is it necessary to make sure a request for a POPLA code is included in the text of the first letter?

No it's not necessary. They are required to provide a POPLA code if they reject your appeal and it is a breach of the BPA Code of Practise if they don't.0

Indeed - you should never request a POPLA code - now DEMANDING one is always worthwhile."The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0 -
I am a newbie so apologies...I cannot for the life of me find out how to post my own thread on here...the MSE video does not actually tell you. There is no 'Post thread' button anywhere.
I'd like to post a thread about a parking eye ticket I have received, a county court letter, despite Wick's agreeing to cancel the ticket.
Please help me post my own thread so that I do not hijack this one.
thanks0 -
