I think you are right. Could be garlic mustard though. If it has yellow flowers, nipplewort, white flowers, garlic mustard.0

Immediate Edit on instant reflection:.... I would agree, but I strongly suspect that, in due course, say four weeks,the bright yellow flowers will suggest it is Nipplewort all along. I suspect that, should the OP manage to take such pictures, and I'm sure (s)he will, the case will be proven....
