i would say write to them but as you wont have an account number it may be difficult, may be worth it anyway just put as much detail including your phone number and state that if the calls dont stop you will complain about harrassment ..maybe to ofcom not sure on that, or next time they call ask to speak to a manager about getting your details removed. good luckgoal for 2014....i will manage money better ..must resist shopping..............:A0
