us airways changed terminal without informing

Can anyone give advice had a flight booked with us airways had email with all details from terminal 2 the day before flight checked in on line to find changed to terminal 3 I had booked car park and airport lounge they could only exchange 48hrs before so lost money on both who can I claim compensation from us airways say not them. I am newbee

    Why did you lose money on parking? You could still have parked at Terminal 2 and got to Terminal 3.

    No reason to change your parking.

    Is there a lounge in T3 operated by the same company as the one in T2?

    OP, are you talking about Manchester?

    It's probably because US Airways now has a code share with BA. Our next US flight shows up as BA.

    yes I could of used parking in terminal 2 but the point being us airways did not inform us. Didnt find out till day before hols so could have changed they tell you if they change flights but not terminals

    sorry yes it is manchester and yes there is another lounge in terminal 3 but they wouldnt transfer without notice before 48hours

    US Airways has merged into American Airlines and are progressively co-locating into the same terminals worldwide. This happened at Manchester on 2 April and will happen in Heathrow on 24 June.
