no, you gotta do corned beef quiche. chop up tin corned beef chuck in a dish with 4 mixed up eggs, and chopped onions and bake in oven for 30-35 mins till set, chill and eat. you can put tomatoes in it if you like or spinach. lovely jubly.
I love corned beef in sandwiches (with loads of HP sauce), in corned beef hash, with a salad or sometimes cut into thick slices and fried (I can just hear those arteries hardening).

However, if you want a little tip related to nice sandwich filling or salad meat.  I used to get all those reprocessed meats, wafer thin slices etc. etc.  I liked them but then I found the Rolls Royce.... in Iceland they sell bags of cooked, sliced and frozen chicken breast fillet (plain, char-grilled (my favourite), Tikka or Tomato & Basil) - non of the reshaped and reformed stuff ... just beautiful chunks of chicken breast fillet.  We use handfuls in sandwiches, pasta dishes, chinese dishes and salads.  Not only that you can buy two 400g-ish bags for £4 - this is comparable to the price you would pay for the reconstituted stuff.

Can I also add that if I go into my local Iceland to find out you lot have bought them all I will be very very !!!!!! off.

I mis-read the subject of this thread as Princess Corned Beef and assumed it was a poor taste joke about Diana. Whoops!
