Princes corned beef!

I bought some Princes Spicy Corned Beef, in a tin optimistically labelled "easy open". Yeah, right.
Firstly, the opening instructions are positioned so that they are upside down when you're trying to open the can.
Secondly, the ring pull fell off the can when I performed step 2 and tried to start step 3. Then, I tried to prise the lid off with a spoon and ended up with a bent spoon and a cut finger.
Thirdly, when I tried to email them, the form on their website wouldn't submit!
Oh, and the corned beef is minging too.

This is why I always open corned beef with can opener. Open both end up fully, push down with back of metal spoon onto plate.0
