palm pilots supported by 3

i have a contract with 3, and need a palm pilot.problem is that 3 say they dont support palm pilots, and even one which has been unlocked will not allow the sim card to work.obviously 3 cant be trusted - they say that about blackberries, but some will actually work.anyone know of any palms which support 3 - in particular, im looking at a palm pilot treo 750v.

so just to clarify - as im about to buy one - the palm pilot treo 750v, once unlocked, will work with my 3 sim?

and one more question - 3 charge for each email, presumably that charge will remain, even if in theory one isnt being sent, as the palm doesnt 'officially' work.
