Not quite that easy. When they send you the new T&C (or the notification they have changed) then you only have so many days to tell them you dont accept them and want to leave. They will then average out your last 3 bills. If you have used more by an average of 10% or over on these bills then you can leave with no penalty. Simply deciding you want to leave and running up your next bill wont do it.
