I had this problem yday but I was trying to use a pp from my account doing a shop on DH's account.

I gave up trying to use it online and printed it out and used it in the actual shop today instead.

If you can't print it, or aren't going to the shop I would try phoning the Cust services team.:)

That coconut water is :eek: I got a freebie bottle of chocolate flavoured coconut water. We all had a sip and had faces like well smacked bums afterwards :eek: :rotfl::rotfl:

Oh drat, and here I was thinking I could have been Britain's Next Top Supermodel (or whatever it's called). I got one of each flavour - coconut and lemonade - plain coconut - coconut and pineapple and a coconut and strawberry. Might just chuck it all down the sink. I don't want to try it now. LOL.

I now know you can print off a PP for use in store from an online shop:beer:
