Malwarebytes is free for malware/spyware etc https://www.malwarebytes.org/
and avg is free for viruses http://www.avg.com/gb-en/homepage
Barclays give out free licenses for Kaspersky and that is the one I used to pay for I have that and malwarebytes running
So if I were to install malware bytes it would scan my laptop and list anything out of the ordinary.. Then I just delete??
Then I could install a new security device like avast

Yes it scans and gives you a list and then options ignore quarantine delete etc
Dont panic too much if it finds loads :rotfl:

Find a decent seller on ebay of your preferred one, probably £15- £20 for 5 licenses or thats what I used to pay

I've just bought McAfee, £27.49 for 3 users and never had any issues.. I've just looked for you and it's showing £25 for one user or £27.49 for 3. Buy online and download it -easy peasy. But don't auto renew as they'll charge you double next year.Tiger :cool:
