Had a bit of fun in Morisson s today . On Monday along with my shopping I bought a bottle of whisky. I get home and discover the security thing is still attached to it. Well I was n t going to go back there and then so finally went this morning on the way to the gym, thought I d get that bit in lol.
So I go up to the cs desk , no one there of course so I wait till this woman comes over and asks can I help you. I produce this whisky out of my bag and her eyes nearly popped out ( so much for security there). I say can you take this off for me please.
She said have you just bought it now and I said no I bought it on Monday, another shocked expression. I knew what was coming next. Usually I would have just produced my receipt but this time I didn t.
Have you got your receipt ? I say why Do you think I ve stolen it ? Oh nooooo bbbbbbtttt . Well why do you want to see my receipt then I said. She had no answer for that . But that's exactly what they want to see it for anyway is n t it.
I said I do have my receipt actually and I think someone should educate your till operators better. I m very sorry she replied. The thing is sorry Does n t cover my wasted time or petrol does it.
With regards to me not noticing it myself it never even clicked that it was still on lol , I blame it on my advancing years
Feel like emailing head office but I don t have their email address, just to see what they say. Confrontational Susie today

That's put me right off even thinking of getting Sky (were we in a position to afford it). Don't these companies realise that, given the impact of social media and sites like mse, it's not just their current customers they annoy and alienate when their post sales service is so poor?
Does anyone have any experience of Virgin post sales service?
I was with sky for 16 years and have just left them for BT also ditched virgin 50 Meg broadband at the same time as it was very slow
I have BT TV with infinity broadband and the telephone for
£ 33.00 a month
And it’s better than virgin and sky. BT is very fast both downloading and uploading
Plus there are some very good cash back deals I got £150 + £50 Sainsbury's voucher from TCB
