    Morning all.

I use germolene on splinters - put on overnight and should be easy to remove in the morning (and has the added bonus of smelling nice!!)

Good news chez hornets. All being well, this young lady will be coming to live with us in her forever home in a couple of weeks time :)

Bet their sales number will answer :)

    For sure.

I worked there four years. Customer retention/sales/was fastest answered ever. The online chat done mainly overseas.

COT I could have walked to their office twice and back in time you waited !

Thanks for reminding me COT. I was the same yesterday, I think it's the thousand or so MSE peeps who got the 50% off code and trying to cancel their old account. Wish me luck on trying to cancel my dad's, I'll be ringing because they couldn't do it via live chat :(

Why don't you try ringing sales and ask to be transferred? I do this with other providers and works a treat :)
