Jelly- can you recommend any other sites to win eBay auctions at the last minute aside from Bidnip? I've used up all my free snipes now. Good website that!
I've only used Bidnip, so can't recommend any personally. Thread (rather old) about snipe sites here

What about re-registering with a different email address and user name?

What did you win/buy, by the way?

So Ive collected my c&c from t's with my boxes of tissues. How do I claim the cb on clicksnap. Does it just go through automatically. I did start my t shopping from clicksnap yesterday but the tissues didnt transfer to t's as some on here stated yesterday so had to add them back into my shop.

    tia :)

Just make sure your T account details are logged in Quidco. It then checks and emails you.

I go to these auctions regularly. Some stuff is customer returns and overstock from Costco and other retailers, some has been seized by bailiffs and some is just junk sold by the general public. The one I go to has a vendor number on the sticker so it's easy to spot the Costco stuff which I like to look for :p People will sell broken stuff but if they're found out to be knowingly selling broken stuff and not being truthful about it they get banned from selling. The one I go to is pretty honest most of the time but I've been to others that are completely unscrupulous.
I think some of this stuff comes from house clearances. It's just the junk left in the back of garages and cupboards, although often they sell a box of stuff with the good bits mixed in with the tat.:rotfl:

My late mum would have loved it, I dread to think what we would have come out with :D on the other hand she could have probably sold more than they did and better quality she loved a bargain - used to buy cheap and sell to the women at the bingo night in her warden complex lol.

    Good evening everyone :)

Barley Sugar, a stunning cake, and well done for taking on, and exceding the challenge from non baker, to superb baker!

Streetlights, excellent achievement, well done, and hope you enjoyed doing it too!

Could have waved to you if I'd known!

So the interesting travelling to/from work at the moment was yesterday, several horse drawn caravans to overtake, a set of 5 gigs to overtake (why did they all travel together?)

Today, numerous horse drawn vehicles both on the road and on the roadside. Tourists returning home from the Lakes, all slowing to look at, and marvel at, the aforesaid horse drawn vehicles.

What's worse than a car with 2 adults in it? A car with 4 adults in it, lost count of the times I saw numerous face profiles, whilst they continued to do 30mph in a 60mph limit.

Following a soft top car, older couple in it, doing much the same as the 4 adults, viewing the countryside (driver included), didn't know how to drive, brakes at curves, and if he got a foot closer to the car in front cos he kept looking at the countryside and not concentrating on the slower vehicle in front. itching for the whole lengthy queue of slow traffic to come to a stop, so that I could advise him that he really should learn how to use the limit point of view, and to concnetrate on the road, rather than his wife/partner/countryside.

Roll on winter fog/snow/ice/floods, and 20 minutes knocked off my journey time to/from work, every day.

Is there any wonder I really detest tourists!

Hi thanks anon for the tcb thing will look thorough my sky account again can't find the order as it has just bn over 6 months
My only other hope is to try and find the paperwork I will of printed of May have to make an extra effort for this. Have a few things I need to look for so this May be the push I need.
Do u know if they have an area they archive past orders to in ur account info coz have gone as far back as end of last year and tho it shows I upgraded it doesn't show any order numbers. Tia again

What email do you use? If Gmail it keeps all emails even when deleted. Left Hand Side, Click More then All Mail and then search in there. Alternatively chat with Sky customer services - you shouldn't need to though as your username and account number should be enough?

Just to add the email had account number only not an order number, so should be visible when logged in to Sky.

I went to a general auction today and now know where you take things that aren't fit for the skip lol.

I did have my on a beswick figure but noticed it was chipped.

Where do they get all the really cheap junk from, surely people don't take a broken lawnmower to them and ask them to sell it for £2?

Perhaps I should have took my old lawnmower there.I can guarantee it was only fit for the dustbin after I took it to bits,Indeed it was in so many bits that I managed to squash it in last week.
My friends oh used to work at the tip.One of his best finds was some old pelham puppets which I sold and made over £200 on Ebay.
There seems to be many people that throw anything out and others that won't part with anything without trying to get something for it.
