I don't tend to mind old people chatting to me but this woman went on and on and on about her kettle
I nearly got off the bus and got on a different one!

Just back from shopping in town (its not as much fun as it sounds, the place is a dive ) and got stuck next to one of them strange people who thinks you're extremely interested in chatting to them
Had my nose in candy crush the whole time and they still didn't stop talking

I thought that Twitter was invented for people like that, so they could stop bothering you, and instead annoy people on a global scale?

Morning all! Hope everyone enjoyed their bank holidays, even if they were drizzly like mine!

By the sounds of what the news has been reporting lately, it seems a lot of meat in the shops is actually halal, whether or not it's labelled as such. I noticed on the Lidl FB page the other week, some people were demanding to know whether their meat is halal or not, and they just got the same non-specific response 'we don't sell any non-stunned meat', which wasn't actually answering the question. At least you're giving people the option I suppose!

I won one of the Cabana cookbooks from the MSE giveaway the other week and it turned up a couple of days ago. That's two I've won so far, I'm doing well, I'll have a free library if I keep going like this :T:j:rotfl:

I have done a blind taste test on both meats and will admit I cant taste any difference :)

The part I hate when serving is asking the kids I don't know which to serve , if they are Muslim or Christian it makes me :o Better asking then giving them wrong :(

Well done on your book wins :D

My pepperoni sausage turned up today :j
Poppy wanted it but I don't think its safe for her material its made from feels funny not dog friendly.
