Bubbs, you sure it's a headache and not your sinuses playing up? When I first started getting sinus trouble I just put it down to really bad headaches because if you leave it loo long it just gets a grip of the middle of your face and does not let go

Well i think so, although woke up with a real runny nose in the night, i have had 2 ops on my nose before and sinus feel ok not swollen or anything:o

I have tweets :( truth is, the TPS are next to useless!! they have made 1......yes 1 successful prosecution against a company for making unsolicited calls since they were set up.
Thing is these calls are coming from outside the UK, and are totally unregulated.

Can you not change your phone number ?

I never use my landline i only have phone so I can have broadband so changing number wouldn't bother me I don't even know it .

I was lucky with DDs prom dress, I made it myself and it came out lovely :D Made her best friend's dress too, that was a schedule and a half, especially as her best friend had a train too :D They both went to different proms, one was the week after the other. My DDs dress was very slippery silky fabric, black and white with lacing up the back, she looked absolutely fabulous in it :D Her best friend's was black all over, satin, and also fitted perfectly :D

I always know when I have a sinus session coming up, I get very thirsty and very tired. I now take something immediately I feel it coming, which is very rare now compared to how it used to be, and I put that down to a persevering with steaming, for about a year I had a steam at least every other day, and it has all but stopped :D

Do they still come up with no number? If there is a number can you blacklist on your phone? You can register your mobile with the TPS too :D

Hi everyone, I usually lurk but I thought I should post this from yesterday's shopping.
The multi buy for 500g Anchor spreadable is not showing on the APG.
They are 2 for £5.00 in Asda but APG shows them as £6.50 versus Tesco £5.00

Thanks for this :T is it normal or light please?
