    Hi all.

Hope everyone has had an OKish B/H weekend.

The sun has returned, albeit not as hot as it was last week. Hurrah.

Does anyone have any Beko appliances at home? Are they any good? I've read some reviews online but was just wondering if any of the ELITE have any first hand knowledge.

Forgive me for being obesely thick, but could someone explain in simple terms what jazz apples are and how that glitch works? I've read numerous shopping lists but still don't understand it. Many thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help.

In asda, buy two packs of 6 jazz apples. They're 2 for £3 but the apg sees £4 and thinks they're bananas and compares them at £1.30 something

I had a cheap Beko washing machine (cost about £180 from new).

    Lasted 2 years.

    Used it about 3/week.

Sold 2nd hand for £30 for parts.

Something wrong with the draining mechanism.

    That's a new one :rotfl:

They are in packs of 6 in A and are comparing to the same weight in bananas, they're also 2 for £3 with the multi not picked up, so it works out about 23p for 12 apples

I find it so sad :(:(:( that some posters will mark a deal as spam when it isn't just so that no one else can get it, especially when the OP shared so generously in the first place. I guess it is because people know that if a major glitch like this happens then inevitably some people will order tens, if not hundreds of times, thus alerting the store to the glitch which results in everyone's orders being cancelled. I really wish people would be kinder and less selfish in sharing and ordering (like the angels on the Elite :A have been).

I know it's all too easy to get carried away when we see a bargain (I'm dreadful at remembering to keep APGs below £10 myself). However, I think it's sad when some people are so intent on getting all the bargains for themselves that they don't care about anyone else and are prepared to push others aside in order to ensure they are successful.

In the end, being selfish and/or unkind results in everyone losing out as people become less and less willing to share. I expect there are a few people who are really desperate for money so they are prepared to do 'whatever it takes' to get what they need (and I can understand that, especially if they have families to support) but I'm willing to bet that most of the people that spoil these glitches for everyone are not in dire straits, they are just being greedy.

Interestingly, the poorest people I've met have always been the most generous, the most willing to share their last bit of food etc and all the happier for having such an unselfish attitude.

I think a lot has to do with people not doing the glitch right as in a space after/before code and it saying invalid or it coming up code been used. Both of which we had on here last night but the answers were given so they did not vote it cold on here, but over there it would have been and was.
Or that's my take on it but yes it also gets voted cold to kill it off
