Phoning HMRC or the DWP to ask if they are investigating you for benefit fraud is likely to make either body suspicious that you have done something fraudulent! I'd just leave it and see if they contact you.
DLA/PIP is not means tested and you can do permitted work whilst claiming ESA

if im not being investigated and she made it all up, isnt that illegal? telling me they gave her my name etc0
-
how have you come to the conclusion that she is making it up when an hour ago you were asking if you should phome the DWP to ask if they were investegating you?
it would be her word against yours.
were you not taught 'sticks and stones will break my bones .....'

because my disability benefits are legit. as is not paying her tax. so i cant see why i would be investigated, hence she is lying0

whether she earnt enough to pay tax ot not ... was she registered with HMRC as your employee?
did you have all the relevant insurances etc?0 -
Why would HMRC and DWP contact your former employee and tell them about your tax and benefit issues and that you are being investigated for fraud and tax evasion? ignore her. If you have done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about. If you want to fret over the hearsay of a former employee then worry yourself and stress yourself out. These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.0
