Sky !!!!!

I have been without a phone line for 10 days, I have a Sky talk and broadband package. I have spent every day waiting for hours on the net to get through to an adviser and all you get is check one thing or check another thing, They kept on saying they had done a line check and everything was fine their end.
Then yesterday I looked out the back and the outside line is sitting on my washing line, but according to sky my sky talk is working. They must employ numpties gave me a phone number to call and when I complained about what it would cost on my mobile he said but it`s free with sky talk! when my phone isn`t working
This is driving me nuts I was with O2 but then got moved to sky I want to move to sombody else :mad:

If you can get Virgin Media then there is no better broadband.

I don`t know if I could get out of the contract with them, but this happened in a week when my bank account was scammed so you can imagine the money I`ve had to put on my mobile phone as I just have a payg phone.My head is thumping because of their stupidity

Sorry but not only Sky have numpties. I would think that someone being without a phone line for 10 days, and spending "every day waiting for hours on the net to get through to an adviser and all you get is check one thing or check another thing, They kept on saying they had done a line check and everything was fine their end" without realising that the phone line is laid out across the washing line in the back garden is a bit of a numpty as well.

Are you seriously saying you haven't looked out of the window for 10 days?

No, It wasn`t been down there until yesterday, I am out there every day do you not think I`d have noticed, thanks for nothing
