car parking fine...which i never received and now got court proceedingst

Hi I received some paperwork at beg of may this year from county court money claims centre in salford??regarding a parking fine from civil enforcement limited from March 2013....I've never even received a ticket!!! I was in the car park they said for 2 hrs on the date they said at 3.15-5.15 but the store shut at 4pm so presumed this was ok as it an open car park..and I've rung the coop and the manager of the store said he doesn't see the issue and why I got a ticket if it's shut. I was in the store then taking goods by walking to someone elderly. Ive put a defence in and now got to apply for mediation....but I've never received a "ticket" in the first place....surely it would have come recorded post...even these court documents are shabby and second post. Also it's all in my maiden name I got married in 2010 the car was registered in my name but my husband was driving...please help I'm panicking!! X

Hi I won't be much help as this is beyond what I know, but before you panic, read the NEWBIEs thread posts 4 & 5. I think you will need to explaina little more clearly who exactly the letter you have received is from, etc.
give as much clear information as possible, in shorter sentences.
We need to know more about the letter and at this point less about the circumstances of the PCN.
Who exactly have you put a defence into? What have you said?

Wouldn't it have been quicker for you to have just searched the forum for 'Co-op' and found other threads with the answer already covered - there are dozens like yours! You don't need to always just start a new thread on a forum then panic when you don't get an instant response, not before searching anyway:
