Hi could any one help,

Had my sony ericsson k750i in March Five weeks ago took it in to 02 they repaired it, Now its broke again the joystick doesnt work Are they abliged to refund the money. The problem is i cant find the receipt

Yes take it back they should be able to trace the phone through the job number and your details and get them to fix it properly

I don't believe that they are obliged to refund the money.

I think they are obliged to refund some of the money but also keep some because you had use of the phone for 3 or 4 months.
