IF you think I'm wrong, please at least tell me where EXACTLY I'm wrong. If I am, I would apologise. Give me exact place where I was wrong that's all I ask.
I already have, I have given you a link to the official DWP guidance notes, the ones that DM's use to decided if something is legal or not.

It clearly states that if a gift/payment is deemed to be voluntary it does not affect benefits. You can't get much more proof that you are wrong than the OFFICIAL rules.
I'm not an AE I'm just an idiot who forgot to update email details, went away for a bit and then tried to come back after the old laptop died :o:rotfl:

And at what point did I disagree with what you posted? Did you read my response? I said as I had been saying all along, that you have to declare it.

You cannot get 5000 as gift every 3 months and also keep getting JSA. Tell me you disagree with this statement I just made.

In very simple words, and for the last time:

A mother can give money to her daughter without it affecting the daughter's benefit entitlement.

It has to be declared. It cannot be given without telling.

I personally suggest you give it in the form of gold bullion, preferably in gold coins. They will increase in value over time.

And YES it will most certainly affect the benefits they are receiving.

Notional capital, benefit fraud, they will end up getting banned from whatever benefits they are receiving.

You however get great pleasure by following me on every single thread I respond to and try and defame me. Surprisingly you always fail to tell me how I was inaccurate.

Worked for who? The supermarket? That comment of mine was in response to you saying about supermarket vouchers. How exactly is your work experience in a supermarket of any importance? I don't really want to know to be honest.

Oh, I am sorry.......with your superior intellect, I thought you would understand that I used to work for the DWP.

Now, again, what is your experience?

Again, you are insulting my intellgence. That was, yet again, a very hurtful remark.

I quite naturally assumed that you worked for a supermarket as that was what I was responding to. Anyway even if you did work for DWP, that's absolutely irrelevant. It does not make you an authority. If you still do work for DWP, you are NOT allowed to dispense your knowledge in OFFICIAL CAPACITY on the internet, I'm sure you would know that.

Therefore having said what I said above, if you cannot under any circumstances dispense knowledge on official capacity here, then it becomes irrelevant what you do, or did, or will do. It equally becomes irrelevant as to what I do, did do, or will do.

Therefore I'm afraid I'll have to politely refuse to answer your question regarding my experience.

I would also say that I never give advice in any sort of official capacity.
