are acting outside the law, making false allegations, to harass and intimidate to extort money for profit.
Under the Universal Commercial Code, the company, its Directors and employees must cease & desist immediately in the fraud or its assets AND ITS DIRECTOR’S ASSETS must be seized for re-distribution to other victims.
A. Thank you for providing the evidence to confirm the above. The images you have provided clearly prove that
1. The vehicle was not parked at any time since there is a driver clearly visible in the driving seat of the vehicle.
2. The vehicle drove off immediately after picking up a passenger.
B. In your defence, please provide the evidence on which you relied when issuing the fraudulent PCN proving
1. The driver is the keeper or owner
2. The driver or the keeper (or owner) caused any harm or injury.
3. The driver or the keeper (or owner) was asked to move the vehicle
4. The driver or keeper (or owner) :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:refused to move the vehicle.
5. Your right to operate on the relevant private land
6. A breakdown of the alleged losses.
Any further communication in this matter will be deemed attempted murder by way of harassment and charged at £50,000 to each Director of the company and the above action implemented by way of a Commercial Lien
You have 7 days to settle this matter by way of an apology and compensation of £100, failing which your company and its Directors will become liable as detailed above.

Ummm you got no chance! Is this ukpc by any chance?When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
