Why is this house not selling?

Your SMALLEST of SIX bedrooms is 15' X 12' and your house is worth less than £230K? Blimey, where do you live? And what kind of house?
Margate, 6 bed ex B&B. Water closets were in most rooms.
Others down here are 10 bedrooms+, with similar sized rooms.
There's actually 7 bedrooms, but that one is an annexed wardrobe room measuring 8' x 9' so that could be the smallest in that regard.
Downside is that there is a lot of work to do!0 -

Sequence EAs have a reputation for overvaluing. They want to get your signature so flatter you with a high price, they know it won't sell for this, so at some point they will start pushing you to lower the price.
My advice is to change your EA as soon as you can.0 -
